The St. Louis Photography club spent Tuesday at Peabody Opera House capturing all the beauty and brilliance of this historic landmark. The club's goal is to showcase 20 architectural tour locations around St. Louis. Click here to view the photos they've captured this summer.

To schedule a tour and get a behind the scenes look at the newly renovated theatre or to get tour information please call 314-499-7602. Tours will be available for groups of 20 or more by reservation only Monday-Friday on non-event days. Tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Tours will be approximately 1 hour in length.

The Peabody Opera House features six to seven venues, including an ornate main theatre with 3,100 seats and a two-story front lobby, four small side theatres & halls, dressing rooms, lounges, and a bar. The Peabody Opera House formerly known as Kiel Opera House attracted several different kinds of events such as plays, jazz, blues, rock concerts, and Broadway shows.
